This Korean Street food is made from mixed shredded vegetables mainly cabbage. It uses egg to bind the ingredients together and is topped with ham, cheese, ketchup and lots of sugar. In my version the sugar is optional.

Instructions
Slice cabbage, carrot and onion, green onion cut into 3 cm strips.
Put all vegetables into the bowl then mix it. Once mixed add a little salt and an egg and mix it well.
Heat a frying pan on medium and add the butter. Once the butter has melted add the vegetable mixture and shape it to the size of the bread. Fry for a while until it become nice colour.
Once the underside has taken a nice colour, carefully turn it over to cook the other side. Add a slice of bread to the pan, using extra butter if necessary. Fry the bread on both sides whilst the vegetables cook. Repeat with the second slice of bread.
Once the bread and vegetables have finished cooking, remove all from the pan. Now start building the sandwich. Place the vegetable onto the first slice of bread, add a generous amount of ketchup. Add the cheese (if you like). In Korea the toast comes with lots of sugar too, you would add it with the ketchup.
Add a good portion of ham and the 2nd slice of fried bread. Hope you enjoy! :)
