Baked Sausage Cutlets (Menchi Katsu)

My version of Menchi Katsu uses Pork Sausage meat for the patties and I bake rather than deep-frying. This is another great way to use sausages. Its great as a main course or cut them into bite sized pieces for a lunchbox.
