Ingredients
2Pork Steak
½OnionSliced thinly
Seasoning

Instructions
Slice the pork steaks in half vertically then horizontally to give 8 pieces. Then tenderise the meat, by gently bashing it.
In a bowl or container mix the mirin, sake, soy sauce, ginger paste and miso paste, mix well then add the pork mix it again. Leave to marinate for 30 mins or overnight if possible ideally in the fridge.
Heat the pan with a medium low heat and add a little oil fry with the onion, once it is soft and a little brown, push them to one side of pan and add the pork with the seasoning and fry both sides, until it is cooked, then mix with onion well.
You can serve it with shredded cabbage and freshly steamed rice. Enjoy your meal.
